This is an exciting opportunity for international creative people to join our staff at Hotel “La Gemma” in Florence. CONCIERGE, GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST The Concierge takes care of managing services for Guests, always providing excellent service, exceeding our Guests' expectations and making their stay one of a kind. Main duties and responsibilities: • Plans all Guest services within the property and area and handles all Guest requests according to company policies, procedures and standards; • Act as a point of reference for Guests who need assistance or information and satisfy their wishes and needs; • Anticipate customer needs and provide personalized solutions by suggesting activities and... outlets provided by the hotel or local area; • Suggest and organize events, excursions, transport etc. at the request of hotel residents; • Have knowledge of the products, services, prices and hotel policies as well as a good knowledge of the local area but not only. Required skills: • Collaboration: be open with colleagues and proactively offer support and share information and knowledge with them; • Personal effectiveness and communication: open and with a positive approach, ask for feedback on your performance; • Able to communicate in English with guests; • Demonstrate self-control and present information clearly and confidently; • Business orientation, technical skills, constantly look for opportunities to exceed our guests' expectations; • Remain focused on delivering excellence even in difficult situations; • Demonstrate empathy. We require: • Professional experience, including at an international level, in the same role of at least two years; • Advanced level of knowledge of Italian and English. A third language is preferable; • Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g. Opera); • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point); • Excellent organizational skills; • Strong passion for hospitality and attention to detail; This job advert is Gender Equal.
